Job summary

PROS MARKETING in Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, is hiring an experienced HR Generalist on a full-time basis. You will deliver comprehensive HR support across recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, and policy implementation, helping foster a compliant, positive workplace culture aligned with our growth objectives.

You will partner with management to administer HR programs, maintain records, and advise on labour regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and employment standards.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and payroll administration.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and maintain HR records.
• Coordinate benefits administration, leave management, and payroll tasks.
• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate development programs.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted advisor.
