• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Administer attendance, timekeeping, leave, and employee information.
• Assist in payroll and benefits administration.
• Address employee concerns and guide on HR policies.
• Support performance management and development plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Assist with policy implementation and updates.
• Monitor compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
• Support employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist with disciplinary processes and documentation.
• Coordinate separation, clearance, and exit procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads on staffing matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
