Job summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle across multiple sites, starting with Alabang/ Muntinlupa. The role covers onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR reporting.

You will work closely with the HRBP and facilities to ensure smooth operations and a positive workplace culture. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of HR experience in fast-paced settings, strong organizational skills, and a solid grasp of Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business administration or related field.
• 5 to 7 years HR experience in fast-paced environments (startup, tech, BPO or operations).
• Exposure to multiple HR functions: employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices.
• Experience handling routine employee concerns and HR documentation.
• Experience with employee databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Serve as first point of contact for routine HR inquiries.
• Support onboarding, transfers, employee movements and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle routine employee concerns and HR inquiries, escalate as needed.
• Assist investigations and administrative hearings; prepare notices and case records.
• Coordinate annual and periodic performance review cycles and track completion.
• Maintain performance records and reports; support calibration meetings.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, wellness programs, town halls and events.
• Support onboarding trackers and onboarding documentation.
• Promote HR policy implementation, ensure compliance, and assist during audits.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business Administration
