Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources activities supporting our operations at Bulacan (Logistics) and Alabang (School).

This onsite role reports to senior leadership and ensures compliance with labor laws while strengthening employee relations. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, benefits, policy development, and labor union matters, with a focus on talent growth, workforce planning, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in core HR functions.
• Minimum of 2 years of people leadership.
• Experience handling labor unions, CBAs, or unionized environments.
• Strong background in employee and labor relations.
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in payroll processing and salary administration.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and programs.
• Experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or academic setting is preferred.

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources activities to support the company and its operational goals. This role ensures compliance with labor laws, manages employee and labor relations, and develops HR programs that support employee engagement, talent growth, and a positive work environment. The HR Manager works closely with business leaders, COO, and staff to ensure HR policies and practices align with institutional values and objectives.
