This full-time role bridges senior HR leadership with operational teams to implement HR policies and drive employee development. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and training programmes while maintaining confidentiality and fostering a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Administer day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and records management.
• Coordinate interviews, liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely hiring.
• Handle employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes.
