Job summary

A dynamic HR-focused firm in Muntinlupa is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage recruitment, employee relations, and payroll functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a degree in HR or related fields, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time on-site position that requires knowledge of Philippine labor standards and HR regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, etc.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.
• Familiar with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring processes and assist in onboarding new hires.
• Monitor employee feedback and manage HR documents.
• Assist in payroll and compliance with labor regulations.
