Qualifications

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage end-to-end HR functions (Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, and Administration).
• Employee Relations: Oversee employee relations, performance management, and frontline retention.
• Payroll & Records: Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, schedules, and maintain records.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Philippine labor regulations and statutory requirements.
