Responsibilities
  • Serve as an HR partner for the Operations team during the relocation transition
  • Support employee relations, policy administration, and compliance across departments
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts and onboarding for both current and future location staffing
  • Work closely with leadership to support change communication and relocation planning
  • Administer benefits, leaves, and HR programs
  • Maintain HR records and ensure policy compliance across jurisdictions
  • Assist with workforce planning and retention strategies during the relocation period
  • Champion employee engagement and morale during organizational changes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in a generalist HR role
