Job summary

Global Administrators Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the Philippines. The role is full-time and on-site at Eton Centris, Quezon City, with training in Ortigas Center.

With at least 3 years in HR and BPO experience, you will handle employee services, benefits, and compliance, while enjoying weekends off, HMO, and growth opportunities through a supportive, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR generalist role
• Experience in a BPO setting
• Excellent English communication
• Strong MS Excel and project coordination skills
• Strong multitasking and independence

Responsibilities

• Processing of employee movements including regularization, promotion, transfer, incentives/allowances
• Handling disciplinary documentation and follow-up
• Assisting offboarding, including exit interviews
• Administering benefits programs and maintaining accurate records
• Conducting benefits and salary reviews for management recommendation
• Addressing employee requests via internal ticketing and other channels
