Job summary

iQor in the Philippines is seeking an HR generalist to support compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training functions. The role involves ensuring policy adherence, administering programs, and helping with recruitment and onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of HR experience, a solid understanding of local employment law, and a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. This is a full-time on-site position based in Pampanga.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in HR or related area.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and delivers HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Communicates and interprets policies; addresses employee relations issues.
• Coordinates the administration of mandated and company sponsored benefit programs.
• Analyzes wages and salaries and prepares job descriptions.
• Interviews prospective employees, checks references, makes offers and conducts orientations.
• Assists management in the analysis of training needs and reporting.
• Maintains and processes forms and records related to employment and benefits.
