Job summary

iQor Philippines is seeking an HR professional to support compensation, benefits, employee relations, employment and training functions. The role involves maintaining HR policies, interpreting procedures, and addressing employee relations issues in accordance with local laws.

The position coordinates benefits programs, supports recruitment activities, and assists in training needs analysis, with 1–2 years of HR experience and solid knowledge of local employment legislation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of HR experience or related area.
• Working knowledge of local employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and delivers HR policies, procedures and programs.
• Communicates and interprets policies and procedures. Identifies employee relations issues and takes action to address and resolve those issues.
• Coordinates the administration of mandated and company sponsored benefit programs.
• Analyzes wages and salaries and prepares job descriptions.
• Coordinates approval process for and advertising of open positions. Interviews prospective employees, checks references, makes job offers and conducts orientations.
• Assists management team in the analysis and identification of special training needs.
• Maintains and processes forms and records related to employment, benefits claims, etc. and prepares related reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
