Responsibilities

• Maintains and delivers Human Resources policies, procedures and programs.

• Coordinates administration of benefit programs.
• Analyses wages and salaries and prepares job descriptions.
• Coordinates approval process for and advertising of open positions; interviews candidates and conducts orientations.
• Assists management in identifying training needs.
• Maintains employment records and prepares related reports.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
