Dexterton Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. You will partner with management to ensure compliant, efficient HR service delivery and positive employee experience.

The role covers onboarding, payroll validation, performance management, training, and HR reporting. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in HR are required, with knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HRIS systems,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR operations.
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with Sprout HRIS and MS Excel.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, including government-mandated benefits.
• Assist in payroll validation and employee records management.
• Address employee concerns and support employee relations activities.
• Coordinate performance management processes, employee development, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government requirements.
• Maintain and update employee records and HRIS databases.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and manpower updates for management.
• Support organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
