Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR/Administration experience, preferably supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated requirements.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.
• Oversee office facilities, company assets, and administrative services.
• Prepare HR reports and provide management with workforce insights.
