Qualifications

• High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and candidate communication.
• Support compensation and benefits processes and records management.
• Coordinate training programs and monitor attendance records.
• Address employee inquiries and assist in employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
