Job summary

Pyramid Builders Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

You will maintain employee records, support employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate with government agencies to ensure audit-ready HR processes.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in psychology or HR, 1–2 years' experience in HR, and training in leadership or safety is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Training in HR like Counseling or Leadership is preferred.
• Certifications in safety or labor compliance are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and government registrations.
• Administer payroll, benefits, government contributions, leaves, and reimbursements.
• Ensure SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG registrations and compliance.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential files; ensure audit readiness.
• Prepare HR documents such as memorandums, disciplinary actions, AWOL notices, and clearances.
• Support employee relations by addressing concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee lifecycle processes: onboarding, renewals, offboarding, and final pay.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations.
• Generate HR reports on recruitment, payroll, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
• Collaborate with management to support organizational objectives.
