Job summary

ARCHON PHILIPPINES is seeking a capable HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. You will coordinate interviews, manage attendance and timekeeping, and assist in benefits administration.

This role partners with department heads to align manpower needs, administer contracts, and drive training and performance initiatives while ensuring adherence to Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, pre-employment requirements, and new hire orientation.
• Partner with department heads to address manpower requirements.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Assist in handling disciplinary cases, investigations, and grievance matters.
• Promote employee engagement and support workplace initiatives.
• Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and timekeeping records.
• Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee compensation.
• Manage government-mandated contributions and remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR).
• Administer employee benefits and address related inquiries.
• Support performance appraisal activities and employee development programs.
• Coordinate training schedules, learning activities, and employee engagement programs.
• Assist in identifying training needs and career development opportunities.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare employment contracts, HR reports, and employee-related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations.
• Support HR audits and compliance requirements.
