Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance. You will act as the primary contact for day-to-day HR needs, ensuring fair processes and compliance across the workforce.

This on-site role requires 2+ years in HR (BPO experience preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work nights/rotating shifts while supporting internal mobility and People First initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing.
• Provide recommendations for decisions.
• Ensure alignment with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases, data management, and data accuracy.
• Advise stakeholders on people-related issues/concerns.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances.

Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees, Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations. As a HR Generalist, you will:
