Responsibilities

• Guides and supports management and employees on HR issues to maintain positive employee relations.
• Supports onboarding new employees and administers HR policies and procedures.
• Manages leave, safety, benefits, compensation, performance management and HRIS records.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state/regional regulations and company policies.
• Partners with managers to drive engagement and retention initiatives.
