Job summary

IBEX is seeking an HR Generalist to lead HR activities for a customer contact center location, handling employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management. The role partners with managers and teams to support onboarding, leave management, safety, and HRIS data accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a college degree in HR or related field with 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in telecom or call center settings, and strong communication and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in HR, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Two years of HR experience focused on employee relations and multi-discipline administration.
• Experience in telecommunications, call center, or large employee base helpful.
• Knowledge of EEOC, FMLA, OSHA, FLSA, and benefits administration is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supports management and staff on HR issues to foster positive employee relations.
• Partners with Recruiting, Training, and Operations on onboarding and policies; facilitates orientation.
• Administers HR programs across employee lifecycle including leave, safety, benefits, and performance management.
• Maintains HRIS records and ensures legal compliance across programs.
• Contributes to management development, engagement, and retention initiatives.
