Job summary

You will serve as a key HR contact, ensuring a positive employee experience while upholding Philippine labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience in employee relations or generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace investigations.
• Advise managers on attendance, conduct, and performance concerns.
• Monitor probationary employees and support performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and maintain HR records.
