MiniMed is seeking an HR Generalist / Employee Relations Specialist to partner with managers and employees in Manila. You will support employee relations, performance management, labor-law compliance, and engagement initiatives, ensuring a positive experience while upholding Philippine laws.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication, investigation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday or HRIS is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace investigations.
• Advise managers on employee relations, attendance, conduct, and performance concerns.
• Monitor probationary employees and support performance development plans.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies.
