Job summary

MiniMed in Taguig City, Philippines, seeks an HR Generalist / Employee Relations Specialist to partner with managers and staff on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. You will serve as a main HR contact to foster a positive employee experience while upholding company policies.

Responsibilities include managing disciplinary processes, coaching managers, supporting workforce planning, and handling HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication, investigation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace investigations.
• Prepare disciplinary documentation and related hearing materials.
• Support disciplinary and performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor law requirements and due process.
