Job summary

Asia Peopleworks Inc. in Taguig is seeking an HR Generalist to manage essential HR functions for a high-volume call center environment. The role focuses on benefits administration, payroll, compensation, learning, and regulatory compliance to ensure smooth HR services for employees and managers.

The HR Advocate will handle day-to-day activities in data management, recruitment support, and leave processes, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a BPO/high-volume environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume operational environment.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries across HR topics and provide guidance using SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Support benefits transactions and case resolution including enrollments and life events.
• Guide employees through open enrollment and benefits processes.
• Provide system navigation support for HRIS, payroll, and talent acquisition systems.
