Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring lead time.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate screening.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Establish partnerships with schools, job fairs, and recruitment platforms.
• Monitor employee performance and development.
• Conduct probationary and annual performance evaluations.
• Recommend promotions, coaching, training, or disciplinary actions.
• Maintain performance records and evaluation reports.
• Identify high-performing and underperforming employees.
• Address employee concerns professionally.
• Facilitate disciplinary procedures, investigations, and documentation.
• Ensure company policies are consistently implemented.
• Promote a healthy and productive workplace culture.
• Identify training needs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Monitor employee development plans.
• Track training effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Monitor SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE, and other government requirements.
• Maintain employee records.
• Monitor contract renewals and probationary deadlines.
• Recommend improvements in HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze workforce trends.
• Identify manpower gaps.
• Support management in succession planning.
• Recommend initiatives that improve employee engagement and productivity.
• Prepare monthly management reports covering: Recruitment status, Employee headcount, Attendance trends, Turnover analysis, Training conducted, Performance evaluation status, Employee movement, Open disciplinary cases, HR recommendations.
