Job summary

Pixel Reach Inc - The Aura is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes in Metro Manila. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, performance management, engagement initiatives, and HR reporting to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviews, selection, and job offers.
• Coordinate interview schedules with applicants and hiring managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, onboarding requirements, and new-hire documentation.
• Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Maintain an updated recruitment tracker and employee records.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and maintaining positive employee relations.
• Handle employee disciplinary matters, incident documentation, notices, and performance-related concerns.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and productive workplace environment.
• Assist in payroll preparation and verification of attendance, overtime, leaves, undertime, and tardiness.
• Maintain accurate employee timekeeping records.
• Process and coordinate employee benefits and government-mandated contributions.
• Assist employees with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other benefits-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee 201 files and HR records.
• Prepare HR reports, employment certificates, HR documents, and other administrative requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Philippine labor laws and regulations.
• Coordinate government registrations, submissions, and HR compliance requirements when needed.
• Keep HR policies, forms, and employee records updated.
• Assist in implementing employee performance evaluations and individual scorecards.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate performance reviews with department heads and management.
• Assist in preparing performance improvement plans and related documentation when necessary.
• Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities, company events, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
• Support employee welfare and workplace culture programs.
• Help promote effective communication between management and employees.
• Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, attendance, turnover, employee performance, and other HR metrics.
• Maintain organized and accurate HR databases and trackers.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and employee experience.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to management when needed.
