Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance for a fast-growing service-oriented organization in Metro Manila. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employee relations, and HR administration.

The ideal candidate is people-oriented, highly organized, and capable of balancing strategic HR support with operational execution in a dynamic, high-touch environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• 2–4 years of generalist HR experience in professional services, BPO, or high-growth org.
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including posting, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with proper documentation.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Assist with policy implementation, internal communications, and benefits administration.
• Handle government compliance and respond to employee inquiries.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and performance with line managers.
• Support employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives.
• Participate in audits and ensure labor law adherence.
• Contribute to HR workflow improvements and reporting.
