Job summary

Creative Infosolutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our HR team at the Taguig City Metro Manila office on a full-time basis.

You will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and driving compliance across HR-related matters. You will manage recruitment, employee records, policies, payroll support, and training programs while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service to staff across levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR support position.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and labour laws applicable to the Philippines.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HR management systems and databases.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee records and HR documentation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Preferred: HR certification such as PHR, CHRP, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a consulting or services-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide recruitment and onboarding support for new hires, including job postings and screening.
• Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Assist with development and implementation of HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Process employee transactions including leaves, benefits enrollment, payroll support, and contract management.
• Provide first-line support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR inquiries.
• Coordinate and organise employee engagement activities, training programmes, and professional development initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
• Assist with HR metrics, reporting, and data analysis to support strategic decisions.
