Job summary

University Home Lacson is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations in Metro Manila. The role focuses on maintaining records, coordinating background verification, and ensuring policy compliance while fostering employee engagement.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 2 years of Generalist experience, with proficiency in HRMS/HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
• Coordinate background verification and documentation processes.
• Address employee queries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
• Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
• Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
• Track employee goals, reviews, and development plans.
• Support managers with performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations, transfers, promotions, and separations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support payroll inputs and attendance management.
• Administer employee benefits programs.
• Coordinate leave management and employee insurance processes.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
• Track employee training records and effectiveness.
• Support career development initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Support internal and external HR audits.
