Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support full-spectrum HR functions for the local and overseas teams. You will respond to employee queries, resolve HR issues, and maintain accurate records in HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Support full-spectrum HR functions and daily HR administration, including responding to employee queries and resolving HR issues.
• Work closely with overseas business units to deliver HR operational services and support business needs.
• Partner with business leaders, line managers, and employees to address HR-related matters and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring compliance with company policies, local regulations, statutory requirements, and audit requirements.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of employee welfare programmes and activities.
• Perform other day-to-day administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

• Basic: $4000 - $4300

• 5 working day: Mon - Fri

• Office Hour: O8.30am - 5.30pm

• Location:Kallang
