Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team at Infinity Outsourcing Services in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive HR support across our operations. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions, from recruitment and employee relations to compliance and policy development. This role is integral to maintaining a positive workplace culture whilst ensuring our organisation operates in full compliance with relevant employment legislation and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new employees
• Administer employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and consistent manner
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote a positive workplace culture
• Manage employee records, documentation, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection requirements
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organisational objectives
• Process payroll administration support, benefits management, and employee compensation matters
• Conduct exit interviews and manage employee off-boarding processes professionally and thoroughly
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
• Contribute to workforce planning and retention strategies that support business growth

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional HR experience
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an HR generalist or similar HR role, ideally within a consulting or outsourcing environment
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements
• Strong proficiency in recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently at all levels of the organisation
• Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Professional HR certification (such as CHRP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential
