Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience as an HR generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Handle employee relations, inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labour laws and company policies.
• Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
