Job summary

Kaway Global Inc. in Makati City is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily HR operations on-site. You will support employees with HR inquiries, oversee payroll, and maintain HRIS to ensure accurate data management while supporting recruitment and onboarding initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and strong communication skills to coach employees in their development within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Proficient in Employee relations, Payroll, Talent management; familiar with HRIS.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Experience coaching and guiding employees in professional development.
