Summit Food Ventures Corp. in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and compliance with labor regulations.
You will handle attendance, payroll assistance, HR documentation, and coordination with management to resolve workplace issues while maintaining confidentiality.

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and implementing day-to-day Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, employee records, onboarding, attendance monitoring, HR documentation, and compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Manage recruitment activities, including job posting, applicant screening, interviews, and coordination of hiring requirements.
Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and preparation of employment documents and contracts.
Maintain and update employee 201 files, HR records, and other personnel documentation.
Monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, leaves, and other employee timekeeping concerns.
Assist in payroll preparation, compensation, benefits, and government-mandated contributions.
Prepare HR documents such as Notices to Explain, incident reports, memoranda, advisories, employment certifications, and other HR correspondence.
Handle employee concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues in coordination with management.
Assist in the implementation and enforcement of company policies, rules, and procedures.
Conduct or assist with employee investigations and documentation of workplace incidents.
Coordinate employee regularization, performance evaluation, disciplinary actions, and separation processes.
Ensure timely processing and maintenance of government and employment-related requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee information and records.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related concerns and employee requirements.
Assist in HR projects, audits, policy updates, and other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferably with experience in general HR functions.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.
Willing to handle multiple HR tasks and meet deadlines.
