Job summary

Accent Micro Technologies, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee records and ensure compliance with government-mandated benefits at ALVA Business Center, Pasig City. Fresh graduates are welcome, with 1–2 years of HR General experience being an advantage.

The role requires strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• 1–2 years of HR General experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR processes and regulations is a significant advantage.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

• At least 1 -2year of relevant experience in HR General is an advantage.
