Job summary

TaskUs in the Philippines is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, investigations, and labor-case handling on site in Antipolo.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business, conduct FGDs and policy roadshows, and ensure decisions align with the company code of conduct.

This role supports TaskUs' People First culture and requires a hands-on, independent professional ready for a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a BPO environment, generalist or supervisory level.
• Strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a night-shift/rotating schedule.
• Willing to work on site in Antipolo, Rizal.

Job Description

So what does a HR Generalist really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of the employees, Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations. As an HR Generalist, you will:

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing.
• You will make the recommendation for the decision.
• Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
• Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances

Do you have what it takes to become an HR Generalist? Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
