Job summary

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist to join our on-site team in the Philippines. You will handle employee and labor relations, investigations, and policy adherence while supporting stakeholders across the business.

The role requires a night-shift/rotating schedule, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. Candidates with at least 2 years of BPO HR experience and a solid background in labor relations will fit well.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HR, preferably in a BPO environment.
• Strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Willing to work on site and on a rotating night shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee and labor relation processes and cases.
• Conduct initial investigations and administrative hearings as needed.

• Advise stakeholders on people-related issues and data accuracy.
• Engage in FGDs and policy awareness activities.
• Support employee grievance handling and resolution.

Job Description

So what does a HR Generalist really do? Think of yourself as the primary person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees, imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you want to make a change. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it will lead to one thing: that you will be in charge of Employee or Labor Relations. As a HR Generalist, you will:

• Do NTE review and validation.
• Conduct the initial investigation and administrative hearing.
• Make the recommendation for the decision.
• Ensure that the decision is aligned with the company code of conduct.
• Handle DOLE cases, be in charge of data management, and data accuracy.
• Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people related issues / concerns.
• Conduct FGDs and policy roadshows.
• Handle employee grievances.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience is preferred on a generalist or supervisory level).
• Has a strong background in employee/labor relations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to work on site and on a night shift/rotating schedule.
