Job summary

3E Hitech Solutions Inc. in the Philippines seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support all departments across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The role will develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with local labour laws and drive best practices in HR operations. You will assist with training and development, partner with leadership on organizational development, and maintain accurate employee records while delivering data-driven HR insights

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the technology or consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
