Firstlead Inc. in Pasig City is seeking an HR Generalist with 2–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll-related activities, and employee relations.
The role requires strong knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and meticulous records management. You will handle benefits administration, policy implementation, trainings, and performance processes while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Prepare job advertisements and source candidates through multiple platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, administer assessments, and coordinate final interviews.
Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Address employee concerns and provide HR guidance.
Assist in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
Prepare Notices to Explain (NTE), administrative hearing documents, Notices of Decision, and related documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and code of conduct.
Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Coordinate HMO enrollment and employee benefits.
Process employment documents including COEs, employment certifications, and HR requests.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.
Monitor probationary evaluations and regularization.
Coordinate performance appraisal schedules.
Assist department heads in performance improvement initiatives.
Maintain employee performance records.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Track training attendance and maintain training records.
Identify learning opportunities to support employee growth.
Maintain complete and updated 201 files.
Prepare HR reports and recruitment analytics.
Update HR databases and employee records.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Assist in policy development and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and other government regulations.
Monitor HR documentation and statutory requirements.
Support labor inspections and HR audits when necessary.
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist handling multiple HR functions.
Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and labor law compliance.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Code and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
Experience handling multiple business units or fast-paced environments.
Experience in policy formulation and HR process improvement.
