Job summary

Suzuki Auto Pangasinan - HR Department invites an HR Generalist to join our team in Pangasinan. The role supports HR operations, administers programs, and helps implement new initiatives to strengthen people processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 6 months to 1 year of HR Generalist experience, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. You will work closely with other departments and contribute to a positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
• 6 months to 1 year of HR Generalist experience
• Knowledge of HR functions (compensation & benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent English communication (both written and verbal)
• Interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

• Handle last pay processing, travel tickets, and travel allowance arrangements.
• Support HR initiatives and systems development and implementation.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Maintain employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Attend disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations, and assist in grievance handling.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Handles last pay processing, booking of tickets, and travel allowance arrangements.
• Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resources programs, including but notlimited to:
  
  • Compensation
  • Benefits
  • Leave administration
  • Disciplinary matters
  • Disputes and investigations
  • Performance and talent management
  • Employee productivity, recognition, and morale
  • Occupational health and safety
  • Training and development
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Assists in the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
  
• Maintains employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field
• At least 6 months to 1-year experience as an HR Generalist or similar HRrole
• With knowledge of HR functions (pay Compensation & benefits,recruitment,training anddevelopment, etc.)
• With an understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
