Job summary

JR&R Distributors Inc. is seeking a proactive Site HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations at our Batangas distribution site.

You will ensure compliant HR service delivery, assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee engagement in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This hands-on role requires 2–5 years HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while aligning HR

• 2–5 years HR experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environment.

• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, payroll coordination, and employee life cycle processes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS is a plus.
