Job summary

Playtime Entertainment Corp. in Metro Manila invites an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions supporting growth and culture.

You will drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR operations in alignment with Philippine laws. Partner with senior management to implement strategic HR initiatives, oversee payroll and benefits, and ensure compliant practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, including 2 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Proven experience across recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and initiatives.
• Experience leading HR teams and collaborating with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior management on workforce planning, development, and employee engagement.
• Lead the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and compliance with standards.
• Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment across departments and levels; forecast hiring needs.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, and grievance procedures.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Develop performance management systems, evaluations, and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure HR policies, contracts, records, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding are handled properly.
• Ensure data privacy and confidential handling of employee information.
