Job summary

BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking an HR Field Personnel to join our Manila City team. This full-time role supports on-site HR initiatives, assessments, and consulting services for clients, acting as the face of the firm in the field.

You will conduct site visits, support HR project implementation, and gather insights through interviews and surveys, delivering practical HR guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (required).
• Experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR consulting support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client site visits and on-site HR assessments.
• Assist in implementing HR consulting projects including engagement programmes and performance systems.
• Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather HR insights.
• Document observations and recommendations for client deliverables.
• Provide practical guidance on HR practices and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in training delivery and coaching for client HR teams.
• Maintain project records and client documentation.

About the role

We are seeking an HR Field Personnel to join our dynamic team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering on-the-ground human resources support and consulting services to our clients. As HR Field Personnel, you will be the face of BestOption Management Consultants Inc, working directly with clients to implement HR initiatives, conduct assessments, and provide practical support across various human resources functions. This role is essential to ensuring our consulting recommendations are effectively executed and our clients receive exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client site visits and on-site assessments to understand organisational HR needs and operational challenges
• Support the implementation of HR consulting projects, including employee engagement programmes, performance management systems, and organisational restructuring initiatives
• Facilitate employee interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather insights for HR consulting engagements
• Document and report on HR field observations, findings, and recommendations for client deliverables
• Provide practical guidance to clients on HR best practices and policy implementation
• Coordinate with internal consulting teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Assist in training delivery and coaching sessions for client HR teams and employees
• Maintain detailed project documentation and client records in accordance with company standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and reliable service delivery
• Support ad hoc HR consulting projects and initiatives as assigned by senior consultants

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience working in HR operations, HR generalist roles, or HR consulting support, ideally within a professional services or consulting environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and site visits simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to work independently in the field whilst maintaining accountability to the consulting team
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to client sites within Metro Manila and surrounding areas
• Professional demeanour and the ability to represent the firm with integrity and confidentiality
• Preferred: Experience in organisational assessments, employee engagement programmes, or HR project implementation
