Job summary

BestOption Management Consultants Inc is seeking an HR Field Personnel to join our Manila City team. This full-time role supports on-site HR initiatives, assessments, and consulting services for clients, acting as the face of the firm in the field.

You will conduct site visits, support HR project implementation, and gather insights through interviews and surveys, delivering practical HR guidance and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field (required).
• Experience in HR operations, generalist roles, or HR consulting support preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organisational development.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client site visits and on-site HR assessments.
• Assist in implementing HR consulting projects including engagement programmes and performance systems.
• Facilitate interviews, focus groups, and surveys to gather HR insights.
• Document observations and recommendations for client deliverables.
• Provide practical guidance on HR practices and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Assist in training delivery and coaching for client HR teams.
• Maintain project records and client documentation.
