Verifacts Inc. Philippines is seeking an HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila.

As an HR Executive in the Background Verification industry, you will drive hands-on end-to-end site hiring, strengthen employee relations, manage attrition, and support policy development. You will be a hands-on generalist with strong recruitment skills, good judgment in employee matters, and the ability to translate policy into practice on the ground.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience with recruitment and ER.
• Working knowledge of local labor laws and ISO requirements.
• End-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, offers, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle site recruitment for assigned sites: posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries, ER investigations, and policy guidance.
• Track attrition and coordinate retention actions with managers and HRBP.
• Draft, update, localize HR policies and ensure legal compliance.
• Maintain HRIS/ATS data and support payroll, IT, admin, and security teams.
