Job summary

KMC Solutions in Alabang, Muntinlupa, is seeking an HR Generalist to manage HR functions across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

You will provide day-to-day HR support, maintain accurate records, run reporting, coordinate engagement activities, and assist in audits, while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with excellent communication.
• Willing to support multiple locations and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries.
• Support onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reports.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and calibration.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
