Prepare and maintain employment contracts, confirmation letters, variation letters, resignation documentation, and other HR-related documents.

Coordinate remote onboarding and offboarding, ensuring documentation, system access, equipment, and required internal processes are completed on time.
Maintain accurate records of new hires, resignations, transfers, promotions, and changes in employment terms.
Act as a first point of contact for employees on day-to-day HR operational matters and ensure queries are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately.
Administer employee leave, attendance, and related HR records.
Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrolment, changes, claims, and communication with relevant providers.
Conduct regular checks on HR data to identify discrepancies before payroll processing.
Maintain accurate records of employee benefits, leave balances, salary changes, and other key employment information.
Support compliance with Singapore employment requirements, including the Employment Act, statutory leave entitlements, and relevant MOM requirements.
Maintain up-to-date HR policies, SOPs, templates, forms, and employee documentation.
Ensure HR processes are consistently applied and properly documented.
Support the preparation of documentation for audits, government requirements, employment matters, and internal reviews.
Track HR deadlines, renewals, and required submissions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Escalate potential compliance or employee-related risks promptly to the appropriate HR lead.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across HR systems, trackers, and shared records.
Ensure HR records are properly organised, secure, and accessible to authorised stakeholders.
Prepare regular HR reports covering headcount, employee movements, leave, turnover, and other operational metrics.
Conduct periodic audits of HR data and employee files to identify missing or inconsistent information.
Support the implementation and improvement of HR systems, digital workflows, and remote HR processes.
Maintain clean and reliable HR data that enables the leadership team to make informed people decisions.
Maintain and continuously improve HR SOPs, checklists, workflows, and templates.
Identify recurring administrative issues and recommend practical solutions.
Standardise HR processes to improve consistency and employee experience across a distributed workforce.
Support the rollout of new HR policies, systems, and processes.
Look for opportunities to automate repetitive HR administration and improve operational efficiency.
Support employees throughout the remote employee lifecycle, ensuring they have clear information, documentation, and support at each stage.
Coordinate HR communications, documentation, and employee updates through digital channels.
Support employee engagement initiatives and virtual HR activities where required.
Work closely with managers to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and on time.
Handle confidential employee information and sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with employees and stakeholders, particularly when working across different locations and schedules.
We are looking for an HR professional who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR operations in a fast-moving remote environment. Beyond that:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with strong exposure to HR operations or HR administration.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling confidential employee information.
Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, spreadsheets, databases, and digital HR tools.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR processes and deadlines independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a remote working environment.
Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to identify issues and follow through without constant supervision.
Process-oriented mindset with an interest in improving HR workflows and operational efficiency.
Comfortable collaborating remotely with employees and stakeholders across different locations.
You will play a key role in keeping the HR function organised, accurate, and responsive as the company continues to grow.
Work remotely while collaborating with a Singapore-based team and supporting employees across the organisation.
Gain hands-on exposure across employee lifecycle management, compliance, HR systems, employee experience, and process improvement.
