Private Advertiser is seeking an HR leader to manage payroll, recruitment, training, and employee relations across the organization. You will develop HR strategies with management, shape policies and programs, and lead a team to foster a productive work environment.
Travel to regional offices may be required. The role requires a Bachelor's or higher in HRM or related field, at least 5 years' experience, and fluency in Chinese and English.
Handle full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, recruitment, training and employee relations. Develop HR planning strategies with management to improve HR policies procedures and programs. Manage and recommend employee relationship practices to establish a positive working environment. Develop manpower plans based on staffing needs, corporate goals, forecast staff movement, and maximize resources. Attend regular management meetings and actively participate as a member of the leadership team to ensure the provision of HR perspective and expertise. Conduct promotion, annual increment and performance appraisal exercises. Provide office administration and office & IT support at Singapore head office. Willing and able to travel to regional countries as and when required.

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
Good knowledge of labour regulation & practices across Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
