Job summary

Joy Nostalg Hotel is seeking a capable HR professional to plan and coordinate employee engagement events and activities, while supporting disciplinary actions and other HR processes. The role also covers drafting memos and ensuring timely handling of employee documents, including exit processes, at the Ortigas, Pasig City location.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field.
• 4–5 years of HR/relevant experience.
• Experience in planning and organizing company activities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or equivalent


• Must have at least 4-5 years of relevant working experience


• Must have experience in planning, organizing and other company activities


• Must be flexible, keen to details, and can work under pressure and minimal supervision


• Must be proficient in MS Office


• Must be willing to work overtime as necessary


• Must have very good oral and written communication skills


• Must have very good interpersonal skills and be comfortable in dealing with employees across all levels in the organization
