Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with engagement tools and survey platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Organize and manage engagement activities such as town halls, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Operations, and Communications teams to drive engagement campaigns.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Monitor employee morale and proactively address concerns through focus groups or one-on-one sessions.
• Maintain and report on engagement metrics and KPIs to leadership.
• Assist in internal communication efforts to keep employees informed and connected.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the organization.

Job Summary
